Made a change to the normal pasties but I found the chicken and bacon ones rather dry. Even the pastry was dry and I tried warming them three different ways ,in the oven, in the air fryer and the microwave. They were best in the microwave but still a bit dry. Standard pasties were OK.

The pasties arrived to day 12 noon today 13/6/23. The temperature of the pasties was ranging from 12C to 17C. Those closest to the ice packs were coldest. The ice packs were both fully thawed. One was at 3C the other at 8C. I want to be constructive but I do think that the present packaging and chilling is inadequate when the weather is this warm. I heated one as per website instructions and it was delicious and nice. The pastry was just right and the pasty content was great. I hope that this response is helpful.

My first order of 10 cooked pasties will not be my last order. They arrived individually wrapped in a paper bag, safely packaged in a chilled box. They are delicious served cold and heated up are a different experience. I just need more freezer space before my next order is placed.

I was a bit disappointed as there seemed to be a lot of potato and not much meat slight cheese flavour, I've had the Traditional and the Steak and Stilton mixed box which beat these hands down for meat content. Saying this I will still buy Trad and S/S from you.
