Slightly disappointed that the pasties were only in individual paper bags then put in one plastic bag. Packaging could be better as didn't notice the letter depicting the type of pasty on the paper bag, also no instructions were included on cooking from frozen or defrost.

Delivery arrived in a great state, well packaged on both Boxes of Original Steak Pasties, also the Christmas assorted Pasties well wrapped and Delivery was also on time. We haven't eaten them all at this point in time, but the ones we have had were very good indeed, plenty of filling in the Original Steak Pasties and the Christmas lamb ones were also delicious and lots of filling inside.
We haven't eaten all as yet but going by the ones we have eaten would highly recommend them.

We have tasted the steak ones which were lovely, I did e mail regarding identification of the pasties which was never answered then I saw the letter in corner of bag which made me decipher the answer but feel should be easier to identify when you are freezing them. Parcel arrive promptly, within 24 hours of notification of despatch, in an undamaged parcel with the ice bag still frozen, the pasties undamaged in their individual paper bags, each (except the traditional variety) marked with small letters indicating the filling, and the turkey and pork varieties tried so far have been delicious. Popped them in the freezer on arrival and 35-40 mins at 180 (Fan) produces an excellent result.

Unfortunately when the pasties arrived they were not frozen as much as I would have expected. Only one freezer pack and I think they had been in the transport for a long time and it was not a refrigerated van. Not to say that the day they arrived we had 2 and they were very edible.

I've now had several deliveries of pasties and without exception they're the best I've ever tasted!
I just have one little niggle however. My latest delivery was for the Christmas variety pack and despite me being told that the different flavours are written on the bag I found the writing indecipherable! So I'm not knowing what I'm about to eat until I actually taste it! Having got that rant out of the way I shall enjoy each one no matter what the flavour and I will order them again.

Have only tried the Cheese & Onion pasties up to now, but have to say they were of good size, with lots of filling & very tasty. Pastry is delicious, looking forward to the other varieties purchased. Delivery was as specified in a well protected polystyrene box. Will definitely be returning to purchase more in the future

Pasties from these people are delicious, the best I have tasted from online suppliers. I have bought before and will buy again. Sadly my rating is marked down by my bad experience with Customer Service. Web site failed to apply the advertised discount when buying a second case so tried to get a refund of the extra paid but emails are not answered and phone calls are not returned, and I ended up claiming through PayPal. It wouldn't take much to at least respond to customers.

Finally only real disappointment is the use of Palm Oil in ingredients as better environmental alternatives are available.

I bought the mixed selection and very pleased so far with the ones tried ( the pork and the lamb ones). Arrived promptly and in an insulated carrier box which meant they were well protected and kept cold. Very easy to warm through and the pastry tasted delicious. It would help if the different varieties were clearly labelled, perhaps a little sticky label would help? But an excellent product at an excellent price.

The pies are excellent, we had the traditional steak the other day and the filling was absolutely full of steak. They arrived well packed my only comment is that when they arrived they come in individual packages with either a T or C for traditional steak or chicken written on each pack. But when you have ordered several different types of flavours it would be helpful to identify each pack better as I had traditional steak but also turkey n cranberry but only 1 had a T on the pack, so did not know if that was the steak or the turkey .

The flavour and the pastry, is so melt in the mouth.
What I like is the pepper is not over used. You must have allowed the flavour of the ingredients to mingle.
I was a bit wary at first but then once I tried two of them the lamb and I think turkey, moorish.
